Seeing as this company are now ignoring all of my calls and emails I have no choice but to write this review. We paid £200 for an end of tenancy clean and the check out highlighted a dirty oven, dirty stove, dirty freezer drawers, dirty sink, dirty washing machine, dirty mantelpiece and dirty skirting boards (we have pictures to prove all of this). They agreed to go back before the new tenants move in- they said they could only do Saturday so we made it very clear that they only had between 10-2 on the Saturday to collect the keys from estate agents (the new tenants move in on Monday) to which they told us they would. They never showed up and are now ignoring all of our attempts to contact them. We are extremely dissatisfied with this service and are now potentially being charged for another professional clean out of our deposit!!! We will be getting in touch with citizens advice bureau unless they respond to our calls and emails with a suitable solution.
