Using the most natural techniques and gentle methods, essential for teaching babies and young children Baby Swim UK classes offer a stimulating aquatic environment, ideal for enriching all areas of early years development and learning to swim for babies, toddlers and young children.

Swimming for under 5's, has many wonderful child development benefits. Aiding cognitive, social, and emotional development, as well as fine and gross motor skills.
Early swimming supports neuro-muscular development, the development of heart, lungs, and cardiovascular strength.

We use songs, games, rhymes, and toys to create fun skill learning that your child will love.

Baby Classes (Under 16 Months)

In our Baby classes you will enjoy a magical one-to-one bonding time with your baby. The water is a unique place to enjoy, grow and develop freedom of movement, without being restricted. You will gain confidence using safe holds and learn techniques for floating and moving your baby around the pool, supporting their early swimming development.

Toddler Classes (16 Months to 3 Years)

In our Toddler classes you will enjoy a fun one-to-one bonding time with your toddler. The water is a unique place to enjoy, grow and develop freedom of movement, without being restricted. You will gain confidence using techniques for floating and moving your child around the pool assisting and supporting their early swimming development.

Preschool Classes (3-4 Years)

In our Preschool classes children follow a fun and progressive programme to build the fundamentals of swimming; floating, rotation, propulsive movement, and breath control. These valuable skills are essential to learning to swim, as well as learning water safety skills. We then develop stroke technique and abilities for swimming the 4 strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
