Home Care Services

Life Care Plus provides high-quality, personalised home care, live in care and support services to adults of all ages. Central to our approach is the rights of the service user, to whom we are dedicated to enhancing quality of life, and helping them to retain independence in their own homes for longer.

Working predominantly throughout Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Ruislip, Northwood and Hayes, we provide care to people who have been assessed as needing assistance to meet their social and personal care needs. For some, this means regular planned home care visits, whereas for others this can mean 24 hour private or commissioned-based care, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

The home care and live in care services that we provide throughout West London are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual, and we work closely with adult Social Services, GPs and Clinical Commissioning Groups to ensure that the care provided is exactly what is required. We also dedicate time to discussing the level and type of care with the family and, most importantly, the individual themselves. As part of this process, we will 'match' the service user's carer preferences to our database of DBS-checked carers to ensure that you and your loved one feel comfortable with the person visiting their home. We are proud of our compassionate home care and live in care services, which are specifically designed to help people stay at home and healthier for longer.
