CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE ripped off

This petrol station set that the card machine was not working and then she said but it's just started working. She then asked me to contactless and then said it did go through and to put my card in and pin. The she said still not gone through but I can get the cash from our Post Office. She took the money out and started acting strange. She tried handing me the money to give it back but I didn't think it made sense. I asked her don't you need that. She picked it up and then put near the till stating "I'll just put it here" to me. Then she asked if I wanted my receipt. When I got home she had character me several times for petrol.
