1 star is way too generous. In a nutshell barbara is extremely unprofessional, unreliable and has a bad tempter turning nasty very quickly, even so bad that she assaulted me. She smokes weed and cigarettes in her shop so be prepared that your garments will stink - that's IF you ever get them, or if they're not damaged or done incorrectly. If you do choose to work with her DO NOT hand over any money until the job is complete and done properly. Otherwise you'll be fighting with her to get it sorted, although she will find a reason to fight with you anyway. Be prepared, you'll be lied to, ignored, strung along with excuses and later dates that she will never actually meet, and let's not forget the vile messages, abusive phone calls and her bad attitude. I had to get trading standards involved, and report her to the police after she assaulted me.
