I booked HyGenius because their online booking system was very easy to use, and allowed me to pick a time at my convenience in my own time without having to organise it over the phone. Their costs are VERY clear and reasonable.
Amy and Jonathon were incredibly professional, and wonderful. They listened to all the things I asked for, and cleaned them properly.
After the clean, they asked if I wanted to go around and check their work. I was very pleased with how clean everything was. There were a few nooks and crannies that hadn't been done, and they were very happy to clean those.

Fantastic work!
I booked a one off clean for my bungalow. I have two pet cats that moult everywhere and because I work irregular shifts I don't often get time to tidy the place up. This was my first time booking a clean but I can honestly say that my bungalow looks great now, I'm very impressed with the service and will be using them again in the future.

I am a fussy one, with lots of demands and insisted on the use of Kinn organic products. Amy and John worked very hard and achieved an excellent result. The house was immaculate. I liked and trusted them both. And I would definitely recommend them. A gem of a cleaning company.
