I provide IT & Technology Support in Warwickshire and the surrounding area. With over 27 years of experience working in the IT Sector, the decision to create my own brand of support has resulted in over 300 customers in a little under 2 years of trading.
Whether you require help fixing issues with your printer or laptop or need help using your new Apple iPad, I have the experience to assist you. My unique approach to support, where I involve you in the process of diagnosing the problem, means you have a greater understanding of the work being carried out.
Primarily but not uniquely, I work with the retirement demographic and carry out all of my work in your home, at a time to suit. I also provide independant purchasing advice should you be looking for something new and can purchase, install and configure on your behalf.

My Father was an Electrician and he was often called out to repair faults 50 miles away.
