Welcome to our deceptively spacious, modern family run Guest House, set in a relaxing almost rural environment, but just a short walk to Coleshill's town centre with a wealth of shops and quality eating places for your Evening meal.

All guests have the use of our new self contained sitting room & diner where you are welcome to order a takeaway or prepare your own evening meal using our self catering facility, fully fitted with:

Fridge/Freezer

Cutlery & plates, as well as a colour flat screen Television with Freeview.

All bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms, have comfy beds with Egyptian cotton bedding, a colour flat screen TV with freeview, some also have DVD ports. Also tea and coffee making facilities, Wake up alarm, Hairdryer, Portable iron and ironing boards. A laundry service is available.

Disabled room - Twin bedded room with wet room, is located on the ground floor.

Packed Lunches, or special needs diets, can be catered for with prior notice.

Main motorway junctions for M6, M6 toll and M42 motorways are all within very easy reach.

Coleshill Parkway Train Station - is nearby for a 15 minute train ride to Birmingham New Street Station.
Birmingham NEC Train Station is within a 10 minute drive away.
