What do we support? We support any Apple Mac computer, iPad, iPhone or iPod as well as other components of your business or home infrastructure such as routers, switches and printers. If you have a PC, we can't help directly but we know somebody who can.

What areas do we cover? If we can resolve the issue remotely via the Internet or phone (which is both quicker and cheaper) then we will do so and there are no geographical limits for this level of support. In fact, our record so far for a remote repair is Australia! Where an engineer's visit is necessary, we cover the Surrey area and anywhere within London travel zones 1-6.
