The newly opened centre will aim to have the largest and finest selection of antiques and collectables in West Norfolk.

Derek Clark along with his family own and run Beers of Europe, established in 2000 the company has grown steadily and offers customers the largest selection of specialist beers, wines and spirits in Europe. As well as the hugely popular shop which currently enjoys over 60,000 visitors annually there is also a website where customers can browse the entire range and order for home delivery. The shop is currently 5000 sq/ft but having now out grown this space work is under way to more than double the retail shop.

As of 2015 the warehouse adjacent to Beers of Europe Ltd became empty and Derek decided to follow his heart and set up his own quality antiques and collectables centre. Ideally located just outside King's Lynn along the busy A10 which has 17,000 vehicles using it every day. The warehouse has recently been converted to a showroom so new perimeter walls, a suspended ceiling, carpet tiles throughout and air source heating and cooling will create 15,000 square feet of modern floor space all on ground level offering easy access for loading and unloading, a range of trolleys are readily available and with a forklift onsite bulky items can be handled with ease. There is ample free parking, disabled access, customer toilets, full alarm and CCTV system. The site will be fully staffed 7 days a week and will be open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday/Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm.

The centre will rent competitively priced space for up to 100 exhibitors, homed on floor units, or in a range of glass cabinets. Quality items will also be considered on a commission only basis. Already in situ and trading are four high end products; the largest range of Steiff bears & animals in East Anglia, Brio wooden toys, Ravensburger games and puzzles, and Baghera ride on and pedal children's metal cars.

In late 2018 we will be adding a restaurant and bar within the complex, this will further enhance our position as a premier, come to destination ultimately driving more visitors who will enjoy the antiques and collectables as well as the beer shop. We appreciate a new business can take time to establish so as part of our commitment to you, we are offering a 3 month discount on all stands and cabinets. In the first year we expect to invest a minimum of 10% of all incoming rental fees into marketing & advertising, through publication, online and an initial run of 60,000 tourist leaflets to be distributed to all surrounding counties.
