We were delighted with Alecia's prompt help after we stained our carpet during lockdown! She was so careful and professional and understanding of all the lockdown rules and then did a great job. As it was turmeric and we had taken more than 24 hrs to call her out, she did warn us she might not get it back to how it was. It was a really good job, we know where it is, but visitors would never know. I am sure that if it had been anything else it would have been perfect. Would certainly use again if we needed to and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Alecia and team.

Absolutely amazing
We had some candle damage on our fireplace surround, I contacted the guys and they were here the next day. They did an absolutely amazing job! All gone and fixed! Can't believe it. Highly Recommend A++++++++++

I was going to replace our vinyl floors but instead decided to get a quote to clean it. I found Tile Cleaning Agents on Checkatrade and within a week the scheduled an appointment to clean and coat the floors for a very affordable price. Our tiles look brand new again
We employed Cleaning Agents for two jobs which took four days to complete. Travertine tile cleaning of our downstairs floors, and to remove lime scale from our stone tile bathroom. Both jobs were done very well and in fact our tiles look brand new again. Their team was professional and courteous and I feel safe knowing that they've been trained well and have enough experience to clean our natural stone with great care, and provide a guarantee on their service. Will definitely call again.

Great service from initial email, through quote to the results themselves! Great team to work with and my carpets and tiles look brand new. Moved into a new house, I thought it was black grouting in the kitchen..nope it was dirt..but Alicia and Toby have made it look like a new tiled floor. Couldnt recommend them more!
Really happy with this service
We we're really happy with this service. In the past my carpets stay wet for ages after a clean but this time they dried quickly. The equipment they use gets into the carpet for a deep clean and now the whole house looks and smells clean and fresh. Very professional friendly operator. Will definitely be booking again
Very impressed!
WOW... what can I say....VERY impressed with the fast efficient and very clean service. We had our lounge, stairs and landing cleaned yesterday, and we had wine staines along with other various horrible stains from a sick pet. EVERYTHING came out, we are now left with incredibly clean and almost shop new looking carpets. The best bit was that they also managed to get Gel Polish out of a carpet upstairs, you would never even know it had been there. I can HIGHLY recommend this company
Brilliant service
Brilliant service, arrived on time and spent a lot of time checking the carpet out first including ultra violet light which found stains I hadn't even noticed...! Then took more time patiently getting rid of all of them plus the old stains that I thought would be impossible to get rid of...! Carefully moved the furniture and replaced it afterwards. Very polite and friendly too. Would highly recommend :-)
