Just had new stair carpet fitted today. From start to finish this has been an excellent experience. Having had a bad experience with one of the large carpet retailers we were glad to find D&S Carpets. We entered the showroom on a very wet and windy day in January and were warmly greeted by Sam. After browsing the wide range of well-priced carpets she then came to help us decide on the most suitable. Stuart, one of the directors, came a couple of days later to measure up. He was very friendly and helpful. Yesterday we received a courtesy call to make sure all was OK for today's fitting. Today the fitters came and were on time, quick, and efficient. The carpet looks a treat! We did not spend a lot and yet were treated as if we'd spent a fortune. I cannot do other than highly recommend this company to anyone. Mrs Legg.
