TL Construction Ltd are a newly formed private limited company owned by one Director - Paul Tinker. The Company was registered with Companies House in April 2018 under number 11154806.

Paul hails from a military background, having served 14 years as a Royal Engineer where he learned his trade as a bricklayer achieving City and Guilds Advanced Craft in brickwork.

After travelling the world applying his trade, he sought change and made the transition in civilian life in 2007 where he dove into construction site management and had a very successful 10 or so years working for many main contractors reaching most recently the position of Regional Operations Manager (Major Build) for EON UK's construction division.

Earlier this year in 2018, Paul fulfilled his lifelong ambition to run his own Company and left EON to form 3 new Businesses to form the PTL Group of Companies.

PTL Developments Ltd were formed to acquire plots of land and dilapidated properties with a view to developing them into residential dwellings for first time buyers struggling to get on the property ladder.

PTL Construction Ltd were initially formed to be able to carry out the physical works required on all the properties which the development Business acquired. This side of the Business took off at an exponential rate and all of our focus has been steered here to date.

PTL SHEQ Consultants Ltd were formed to be able to support and manage both Businesses, supply chain and our Clients in order to deliver our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality obligations to any project we may undertake. Both Directors of this Business hold the full suite of NEBOSH Certifcates and the NCRQ L6 in Applied Health & Safety. We can also act as competent safety advisors in any role described in the Construction Design Managagement Regulations (CDM Regs) 2015.

Using our vast array of almost 25 years experience in the industry, this side of the Business can also support, guide and advise any customer or client in the project management of any size of scheme including procurement of materials from our established relationships with our nationwide bank of suppliers.
