First Service Baker Tennis Academy set up in Witham in 2017. Head Coach and owner Ash Baker is a qualified RPT National Professional, RPT tutor and a
fully licensed LTA Level 3 Coach. He played tennis professionally with the PTR from the age of 17 to 18 and began coaching at 19 and has been growing a successful business, First
Service Baker Tennis Academy, ever since. The Academy runs squad, competition, holiday
camps and schools programmes throughout Essex; delivering before and after
school clubs, curriculum time tennis coaching and after school and weekend
squads, lessons and tournaments. The academy philosophy is fun
whilst learning and aims to motivate students of all ages and abilities, encouraging
a passion for tennis.
