Hi, my name is Natalia an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and I'm here to help you achieve your own personal weight loss goals.

Having struggled for years with my own weight I know how hard it is to start, to find the best people around you to support your momentous decision to lose weight and to achieve a steady loss over a period of time. I was 12.3 stone and size 14 at the start of my journey. I followed CWP with my mobile independent Consultant support and my weight dropped to 9 stone and size 8/10.

I can offer you a range of weight loss programmes which are flexible enough to fit in with your own lifestyle. As a Consultant I can provide one to one support to create personalised weight-loss plan that suits your life, weekly weigh-ins, motivational support, mobile appointments.

You can choose the Total Diet Replacement option, or opt for one of our programmes that include healthy eating alongside meal replacements.

I will offer you one-to-one support to create a personalised weight-loss plan that suits your lifestyle. I offer a number of nutritionally balanced programmes ranging from 450kcal to 1500+kcal per day, and each programme incorporates at least one of our delicious tasting low-calorie diet products.
