For both competitive and casual athletes, a bespoke combination of techniques will assist with acute (recent) or chronic (long term) functional and / or performance related issues, whilst enhancing training capabilities and reducing recovery time. For non athletes, a short course of treatment will help with work, and lifestyle related aches and pains. Regular sessions can then help prevent re-occurrence.

The use of Neuro-Muscular Activation with the majority of clients, adds a dimension to bodywork often missing at other clinics. It can bring about profound changes, often releasing lifelong patterns, both physically and emotionally.

The Sports Massage Centre also offers donation based Community Acupuncture group sessions on a regular basis. Originally developed within the field of addiction, this simple form of acupuncture is particularly effective for detoxification from substance abuse, addiction aftercare, weight loss, emotional imbalance, insomnia, anxiety, stress management, P.T.S.D., relaxation and general well-being.
