Full Flow Fitness was born out of a passion with over a decades experiance to help people enjoy exercise, move freely and pain free. This is done from an injury rehab/prehab approach. Using the fundimentals of Pilates and an injury rehab background we aim to address any muscle and movement imbalances that could potentially or already be causing injury. By strengthing weak or under working muscle groups with a mix of reformer pilates, tower pilates, resistance training and nutrition coaching, will help you understand and control your body to achieve an active, healthy and happy lifestyle. We provide pilates, resistance and nutrition coaching on a 1 to 1 personal training or group sessions from our base in Maindy at The Cardiff Personal Training Studio in Cardiff South Wales.
