Live To Yoga are Leicester based independent yoga classes run with passion. With us, you can experience Prana Vashya, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga classes suitable for all levels of advancement. Our classes take place in three unique venues of Leicester: The Phoenix, Prana Cafe and Skytribe, all situated in the city centre. In Live To Yoga, two principal teachers will help you every week with your regular practice, although we will invite guest teachers for you to experience different energy and styles of teaching.

Meet the principal teacher
I came to yoga as a birthday gift from a dear friend, who could see better then I could that the training I was doing was causing me more harm than good. My body was riddled with injuries and felt older than it actually was, but that first class, oh that first class, wow, I can honestly say that it changed my life. Before that class, the idea that one day I might be teaching yoga didn't even exist. As fit and as strong as I thought I was, that class humbled me, highlighted all my physical imbalances and opened my eyes to just how unfocused my mind was, and rather then run away from what I saw, I fell in Love. After many years of practice, healing, self reflection, and training in places like Morocco, Rishikesh, and Mysore, nothing gives me greater joy than teaching to others that which saved me. The benefits of Yoga Asana, Pranayama (breath control) and Meditation have been well documented, my experience confirms it, and now I am enjoying sharing what I learned with people from all walks of life. My dream upon leaving this life would be for the world to be a better place than when I entered it, that is my idea of a life well lived.
