Our aim is to provide a high class service to all of our clients from initial booking to the very day of your professional clean.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and if there is anything that doesn't meet your particular requirements, we will immediately endeavour to rectify this for you.

We provide a fresh approach to the cleaning industry and from listening to our clients we feel it is imperative to organise our schedule with your day to day lifestyle.

Here at Luxe Professional Cleaning Services we have individually selected each & every one of our team members who are all trained to high cleaning standards.

Our friendly Luxe Professional team will always arrive with their individual & unique ID cards & will always wear our branded Luxe Professional Cleaning Services uniform.

We have our own offices based on the border of Cheshire and Shropshire which are our main two service areas, however we are constantly expanding the areas we cover so please feel free to get in touch with us today to enquire if we cover your area.

We understand that each and every one of our clients cleaning requirements is unique. As a result our
tailor-made bespoke cleaning packages will be made to fulfil all of your cleaning needs. We understand that your requirements may also change from time to time so we will constantly check in with you to ask for your feedback and if there is any extra services that we can add to your individual clean.

Every one of our team members is provided with their own Luxe Professional cleaning kit on arrival for domestic and commercial cleaning, however if you have your own preferred, specific cleaning materials we are happy to accommodate this for you.

We provide our own hoovers for all of our clients, however we do suggest if you are a dog owner that our Luxe team have access to your own hoover for the safety, well-being and comfort of your pet. We can also provide you with organic cleaning materials at an additional charge.

All of our cleaners are fully insured in line with UK cleaning legislation and law and we are contactable at all times during our office hours (Monday - Friday 9:00am - 05:00pm. Furthermore, during your clean we will always endeavour to provide you with the same staff member as we understand it is imperative to create & build a trustworthy relationship between our clients and our cleaners.
