Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an exercise for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits.
Although Tai Chi was initially developed as a martial art, it is more commonly used in the west for its health benefits. It is also often referred to as a form of 'meditation in motion' as it promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
Qigong
Qigong is a system of exercise for general health and wellbeing. Integrating numerous physical postures and special breathing techniques, qigong can help to heal the mind and body.
About
Josh Drewe has been practicing for over 16 years. He has studied Yang, Sun and Wu style hand forms and Yang and Wudang sword , as well as two person tai chi exercises such as Pushing Hands and Da Lu.
Josh Teaches various forms of Qigong, such as Standing Qigong (Zhan Zhuang) and meditation, alongside teaching sets for general health and the various body systems (such as Cardiovascular, Digestive, & Respiratory exercises) .
Josh is a Tai Chi Union of Great Britain registered instructor.
