I provide assistance and help if you've been diagnosed with, or suspect you may have an anxiety condition. I can also help you deal with specific phobias such as a fear of spiders, blushing, vomiting, public speaking, heights, in fact, any fear that's stopped you from getting on with your life. With my help you can start to recover your confidence and overcome your fears.

People consider me a gentle compassionate person, sensitive to the needs of others, with highly developed intuitive senses that accompany great insight into the presenting problem. I work patiently from the client's perspective, respect both their confidentiality and right to be self governing, and work collaboratively to achieve the desired outcomes.

I'm an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP), an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist (GQHP, GHSC/GHR, CNHC), working regularly to relieve and assist those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression, providing information, support and understanding through 1:1 therapy.

As an integrative counsellor and talking therapist, I work to make a program of therapy that suits your specific individual needs and issues. The main idea behind integrative therapy is that you are unique, and what would work perfectly for one person is not necessarily what would work for another.
