In 2007 the prolific burglary method of lock snapping was born in the West Yorkshire area.

This method of entry targeted euro lock cylinders as show cased in the video above and quickly spread throughout the country becoming the favoured method of entry for the burglar.

As Ex-Police officers, SheffLOCK know first-hand how difficult it is from a police prospective to apprehend those responsible as the method is quick, quiet and leaves very little if any opportunities for forensics to be obtained.
