Taylor Sullivan Funeral Directors have been established since 1994, owned by Lawrie Sullivan. We provide a relaxed informal environment letting visitors discuss their needs or ask any questions. The family areas in the parlour are designed as homely sitting rooms with three-piece suites, sideboards, occasional tables.So many families tell us it is totally different to what they expected, much more relaxed and comforting.Lawrie's background has always been caring for others, he was a qualified nurse before working with a previous funeral company for 3-4 years and decided that the work he had put into that company he didn't want to go to waste so chose to continue working in the funeral business and started up on his own. There was and still is a need for a company like ours who go that extra mile.

They also treated my partner with respect and I can't ask for more, They where fantastic and they provided us with an amazing humanist who came to my home and discussed the eulogy. I would highly recommend Taylor Sullivan. We were looked after by Raymond after losing mum and he was respectful but down to earth and led us through the process, explaining at every stage what we needed to consider. Nothing was too much trouble and he was completely fine with any changes dad decided to make as we went along. He advised us on what we needed to think of and what we didn't need too. There was no hard sell to get us to spend more money. They looked after my mum with great respect and looked after the family when we went to see her in the funeral parlour. He took all of the organising and liaison between church and cemetery etc. away from us and kept us up to date at all stages. Overall Taylor Sullivan provided a thoroughly professional but personal service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one.
