Avoid this builder-lacks integrity and professionalism

We appointed this builder to build an annex in the garden. Work started in November 2022. The contract states he would complete in April 2023. This builder cannot be trusted. He currently trades under CCY Developments Ltd, his name is Callum Young. He is very unprofessional, has tried to charge for extras even when they are quoted for. Just walked out because we did not agree to his £6k of extras. On the 14/04/23 he negotiated yet more additional costs to completion of project. We agreed and paid half with remainder on completion. He also agreed there will be no further costs. Yet again last night decided to find £6k of additional unjustified costs. We refused any further costs so he has walked off for the second time. Has left a large proportion of work incomplete and owes us yet more money.He bumps up the prices of works earlier in the project. We paid him in good faith, however he tries to make as much money upfront and when it comes to completion he walks off. Avoid this builder
