AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I placed an order through their outdated website, but it was never sent out despite the full payment. I confirmed that the bank had made an order again and was told once again that the payment had not gone through despite having the bank payment confirmation. They then tried to get us to pay further by bank transfer, which we refused. These items were for a five-year-old child's birthday, and the owner knew that despite that, the said items were now out of stock, ruining the child's party just for his satisfaction and disgraceful behaviour, especially in the current economic climate. He must be doing well to pick and choose his customers. Avoid disappointment and last-minute letdowns, and go to one of the hundreds of other party supply companies that will gladly serve you properly. Knowingly ruining a child's birthday party when it's their error is unacceptable.
