Just booked another family holiday using Click2Travel, Stevie is brilliant, I tell her what we want, when we want to go & how much we want to spend & she comes back with plenty of options that are better & better value than Thomas Cook, TUI, etc. Stevie takes care of everything you ask for, our last Family holiday (Including small children & Grandparents ) to Lanzarote was brilliant, we didn't have to worry about a thing, it all ran like clockwork, tickets ,flights, transfers & checking in at the hotel. The hotel Stevie suggested for us was fab, great location, clean, good food, great for families, everything we wanted. We had a wonderful 10 days. The best thing anybody would want as a client is a great service and it applies in every profession. I wrote a mail to Stevie saying that I need to go to the US, I have a certain budget, I am getting these flight options, can you get me something better (Cheaper basically)? She responded back saying confidently that she can and she did! She worked over the weekend to find options for me and I was saving nearly £200 on a return flight ticket. It was just not about saving but much more than that. She patiently replied to every change I wanted to make to the booking and find another option. People do this only when they love their work and love to serve their clients with the best and I can say that confidently for Stevie. She will be my first point of contact for any future flight/travel booking and I recommend her 100%. Thank you Stevie for all your help!
