Absolutely shocking and disgusting service! My appointment was at 6pm for a 1 hour massage. Got there and was told they have extended somebody else's massage and to come back at 7:30. This was an inconvenience for me as I have a newborn. I came back at 7:30 and was treated appallingly by a member of staff. She asked me for payment as soon as I entered the door and took me into a room, shut the door and left. She came back in and shouted at me for not having my clothes off and not being on the bed. I was not instructed to do so, she literally put me in the room and shut the door. She then started giving me dirty looks and generally shouting at me to get on the bed. I thought no way am I staying here so I politely asked for my money back and told her I will leave. She ran out of the door to tell another member of staff and they both came running out saying the other lady will do my massage. I refused and literally had to beg for my money back so that I can leave. Would not recommend!!!
Rubbish service
Really bad service!!! Rude and very unprofessional staff. If you call the number the lady who answers isn't even at the shop. The apparent masseuse don't speak English and are paid peanuts. They offer extra services. if you don't take them up they basically just waste your time and charge you £40.
