About Us...

Tees Medical Services Ltd is a specialist medical screening service which delivers medical screening services from the offices in Southbank and Middlesbrough. Established in 2017 TMS is the sister company of Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Ltd (DATS) which is a niche substance and alcohol misuse (in the workplace) advisory, training and testing service.

Having already developed important and highly effective client relationships with organisations large and small throughout the North East, TMS continues to deliver wide ranging medicals albeit medicals for Network Rail continue to be delivered by DATS (authorisation no. 134 787). Medicals include;

Authorised and endorsed by Network Rail TMS's sister company, Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Ltd provides PTS Medical Screening services to Network Rail personnel according to the relevant RGS and Network Standards including NR/L2/OHS/018 and NR/L2/ OHS/00124. As a Network Rail approved supplier (cert no. 134 787) DATS provides Medical Screening which includes.

At Tees Medical Services Ltd our doctors and senior occupational health nurses are approved to carry out a wide range of safety critical medicals ensuring your workforce are fit to perform the task in question. Within close proximity to Hartlepool, Stockton on Tees, County Durham, Sunderland Tyne & Wear, North Yorkshire and Newcastle upon Tyne, TMS provides Safety Critical Medicals five days a week.

24 Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring
Tees Medical Services Ltd provides a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring service which is fitted and worn throughout your normal daily routine. Upon completion of the monitoring phase the results are then downloaded and interpreted by a qualified and experienced practitioner and it can be used to diagnose conditions such as high blood pressure (hypertension). It can also be used to assess the use of medication for blood pressure control.
