Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. WarmZilla have just replaced our ageing Baxi combi boiler with a Worcester Bosch. Prior to the install we received text updates and on the agreed day of install the engineers arrived bright and early and bang on time too. They were very professional, polite and clearly have taken a great deal of pride in their work. The install is incredibly neat and we've been talked through every aspect of the install and operation too. House is already so much warmer and piping hot water too - couldn't be happier! I'm absolutely delighted with every aspect of their service - it's been absolutely first class. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Brilliant!

The time had come where I needed to buy a new boiler so I shopped around and came across Warmzilla. Immediately I was drawn towards the no pressure approach they offer and was amazed at the ease of use of their website. Within a few minutes I was given a fixed quote and purchased a new boiler there and then from my mobile. A fantastic idea, especially for people like me who get put off by pushy salesmen and like to get a price there and then for what I'm buying and with a 10 year guarantee on top. I was a bit unsure about buying a new boiler online, it's the first one I've ever bought and I don't know anything about boilers but I answered a few questions on the WarmZilla website and they recommended the perfect boiler for my house.
I was surprised how easy it was to buy a boiler and book the installation date all in one go, from going online I had it booked to be installed two days later!
The guys that came to fit it turned up on time and were very clean and tidy. I got a ten year guarantee on my Worcester boiler (apparently the best on the market) and a free smart thermostat.
Really happy I went with these guys and I would recommend them to anyone.
