Long wait, poor communication and a refusal to refund

I purchased lights from Light It Right at the beginning of November and was told over the phone 2 weeks later that they didn't have them in stock and would refund us, so we purchased the lights elsewhere. 2 weeks after this I followed up on the refund, was told it would be done the next day and instead were sent the lights (via a third party). Light it Right refused to refund the lights in full (they offered a 70% refund with a 30% restocking fee) so I share this as a red flag for anyone thinking about buying from them.
