Disgusting

I was recently referred to Specsavers for a hearing test by my Dr. the reason for this was due to a medical condition I had developed over the past few months with my balance. It was decided given my medical condition that part of the elimination process was a hearing test. I received my appointment and 48 hours before visiting I received a call from Specsavers saying that they would unable to carry out a hearing test as Was Not due to no update to my hearing until November 2022. This was devastating news having waited 3 weeks for my appointment and no during my wait is referred back to my Dr. that they could not provide this service and their reasoning. I Can understand the NHS giving contracts to outside agencies to take the pressure off them but find it difficult to comprehend that they can become medics without any formal training or history of the patient.
