Service 11.12.20
I had a full service and paid £170 on a BMW 1 series coupe. It has now been just over 1 month and the washer fluid is already empty and the lever to open the bonnet is broken and my bonnet no longer opens. I called up to report this issue and the man that answered the call was extremely rude and stated "washer fluid runs out every few months and has nothing to do with us and we didn't damage the lever" I asked to speak to the manager and I was hung up on. I will be taking this further
