Unprofessional As company say certificate I have booked online gas and electric certificate. They came and checked for gas and to sent me certificate request extra money and I paid after they sent me for electric certificate one very rude guy came to my house even not talked with my wife and doesn't answer her questions just left house and company sent me email we can not sent you certificate because you booked overview. Can I know why I have to booked overview and pay £60 . Very bad company only care money. Not Recommend.
