they attempted delivery twice when i called and finally got through to a call Centre i was told it will be delivered today at a time which i explained no one was in. i was then told if not today it would be sent back and i would have to re-order from the company or pay to have it delivered at a date when someone is home, i couldn't pick it up from depot. i arrived home Monday as the delivery driver was getting into his van he must have saw me going into the driveway as he was opposite but he drove off no attempt to ask if i was the recipient. call centre staff talked over me when i was trying to explain only rating 1 star as 0 is not an option
Actual Pisstake!
Nonsense! Said i wasnt in when I A) work from home and B) Have a Ring doorbell. I had asked if i wasnt in (i was) to be left with my ONE and ONLY neighour. We live in a building split in two so its myself or him. Said neighbour also works from home!!!!!!! Took a photo of a house thats not even my house! Miraculously cannot speak to an actual person. Automated call centre says, "he was in the area"......that he was just NOT at my property so unless your GPS is door visually accurate, i suggest you employ some actual Customer Services Agents or drivers who can actually read. If he was lost, could have phoned! I as you can tell, am absolutely SEETHING! Next Day Expidited delivery for this nonsense. "Paul" you are at it mate but I wont be missing you on Monday!
Do DPD Deliver?
Well where to start. Do DPD deliver? Not to my house it seems. Over the past two years I have had several supposed deliveries scheduled by DPD magically be diverted to a local convenience store on my request. I say magically as I have yet to ask for any parcel to be rerouted. On one occassion the divert came in several hours before the driver professed to have attempted delivery. Is my home difficult to find or access.? The simple answer is no. It is easily found by almost every other carrier in the area. So DPD what gives? Why don't you deliver?I really would like an answer to my question because despite raising a complaint every time I have to go collect anything you fail to deliver you won't answer my question.
Rubb8sh Delivery
I have waited for my delivery only to be told that nobody is available. The driver sent me a photo of a bungalow in a different street ie Seymour Street. I live in a flat at 274F Blackness Road which is round the corner.People who cannot read should not be employed as delivery drivers. These addresses are both in Dundee. Sot out this shambles immediately. Margaret M Walters
