Osteopathy is a holistic, whole body treatment and with this in mind David at Langdon Osteopathy in Penarth near Cardiff Bay looks to treat more than your presenting symptoms. At Langdon Osteopathy the aim is to look at the whole picture and to help you through the initial, often acutely painful phase of your injury, to managing your recovery and rehabilitation so that you can return back to your normal life or even help to improve your health and well-being to levels higher than when you first visit.

To do this Langdon Osteopathy offers a number of different complementary treatment modalities, which can be used individually or in harmony with each other, including sports massage, acupuncture, kinesio taping, personal training & nutrition advice.This allows us to modify our treatment plans according to our client's needs. Langdon Osteopathy is based at John Bruno Total Fitness in Glebe Street in Penarth which is a short walk from Penarth Railway Station & also offers free on street parking.
