15year guarantee, didnt even last a year and john wont fix

Digusting company, took my money and wont fix the botched job. Full new felt roof replaced in February 2023 to where in December 2023 i was informed by neighbour my roof was flappibg about. Contacted john however he just fibbed me off. Got someone with a drone to have a look and found a whole part of one aide of thr roof has come away as aell as another part in the middle of fhe roof neing the same. Sent these images to john who replied with i would have to pay to be fixed as it was weather damage. Stating it hadnt even last one year of his 15 year guarantee he has now stipped answering messages and calls. Leaving me with a roof that is now letting water in everytime it heavily rains, which is often due to livibg in scotland. HES A FRAUDSTER, TAKES YOUR MONEY AND WONT FIX ANYTHING HIS MISTAKE.
