Disappointing service

I purchased a 'hand tied bouquet made with seasonal flowers' through Interflora, based on a photograph of a traditional bridal- type arrangement of English garden flowers. The same photograph is on The Flower Shop's website. This was intended to say a special thank you to a friend but what she received From The Flower Shop was different in every way to my expectations. It was an angular contemporary, stiff arrangement with a very corporate look. I thought deliveries had been confused and telephoned Caroline at the shop Immediately. She refused to acknowledge that the discrepancy between what was ordered and delivered was unacceptable . I was not anticipating a match to the bouquet advertised but something similar in style and spirit. I am so disappointed in my gift and in Caroline's handling of my complaint and have reported it to Interflora. NB A dictionary definition of a bouquet made with seasonal flowers is a 'bunch' made of flowers 'available in certain seasons'.
