I have a court order (case number 050MC983) because his workmanship in installing a new bathroom was so poor that I had to pay another plumber to remove and refit. The heated towel rail developed a significant leak which he didn't check for four days and it came through the ceiling. He has refused to pay me the £2300 I am due, as stated in the court order.
Poor workmanship refused to refund even with a court order
