Assisted Living is based on flexibility of support within secure privately owned leasehold apartments. Communal facilities include a dining room, where a freshly cooked meal is made available, a lounge for functions and a guest suite for visiting family or friends. Meals can also be provided for guests and taken in the dining room or delivered to the apartment. Each apartment has a call system to summon assistance and monitor the fire alarm and door entry systems. The Service Charge also provides for twice-weekly Domestic Assistance, overnight staff, cleaning of common parts, gardening, external window cleaning and building maintenance. In addition, tailored packages of care can be offered to meet your needs.
