This company charged me an astronomical fee of £600 for flushing the heating system in order to get my heating back up and running in minus temperatures on a Sunday. When booking, I was not informed about the special hourly weekend rate of £149 (or more), only about the call out fee of £69 which would include a repair but not parts. After the flushing, my heating still didn't work and we were still freezing. A different company fixed the issue the next day in 15min.
