Poor quality strap concealed in "hygiene sealed" packaging designed to restrict returns!

The minute you open their "hygiene sealed" plastic packaging containing the watch strap you are voiding your right to return the strap for a full refund, according to their illegal returns policy that infringes on your statutory consumer rights. This means you're unable to try on the strap and see how it looks and feels and most importantly to inspect whether it's fit for purpose and good quality. These seal are non-compulsory and designed for the main purpose of retaining sales and reducing returns. I have returned my strap after complaining about the quality for months and I have not had no response from them or an acknowledgement of my letter of claim, which have now been sent to the small claims court. Be prepared to escalate your purchases with this company as their "Customer Services" is non existent and these scammers just want your money and don't care what crap they provide you with.
