Life coaching, what for?

Most of us are living fake lives. We build a character early on in our lives whose aim is to fit our environment following family and society rules. We become who we were told to be, waisting a lot of energy so as to lock down and repress who we really are.

A wake-up call can invite itself in our lives at different times.
Sometimes it never does.

Coaching is less about building a new self than deconstructing this character built to keep yourself safe and conform to your parents' expectations, your significant ones' or society's.

Coaching is about understanding how you have ended-up where you are and how to get rid of unwanted limiting beliefs and behaviours, and step outside your comfort zone. There, your real self is waiting for you.
