Private registered psychotherapist and counsellor for adults in Bromley, BR1. Experience in supporting clients who have experienced all manner of emotional distress including family conflict, anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, health anxiety, divorce, chronic illness, bereavement, menopause, domestic violence, sexual abuse, shame, bullying, betrayal , separation, difficulty relating to others, caring for children with ADHD, Autism or physical disabilities.

There are many reasons people seek therapy. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, dealing with anxious thoughts, trauma, bereavement, depression, self-criticism, or feel pressure to meet the needs of others before your own? Perhaps you are dissatisfied with your relationships, your job, or feel trapped in your current life? You may want to talk through a current dilemma or explore something rooted in your past. I am comfortable working with difficult life stories and complex family dynamics. No matter what is troubling you it is my job to provide a warm welcoming and compassionate space to support you, at a pace you can manage.

My approach is psychodynamic, I consider the influence of your unconscious, your past, as well as the here and now. Together we can be curious about the themes and patterns in your life so that you can understand yourself better. I hold a PGDip in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, an MA In Psychoanalytic Studies and a BA (Hons) in Therapeutic Psychology.
