URINATED ON CUSTOMERS FRONTDOOR

Stefan Vasile of (Simvik Ltd) carried out an extension work for one of my neighbours a few doors away to where I live. Stefan turned up unannounced one day heavily drunk and disorderly and urinated on the customers front door. That is quite a sickening and unacceptable behaviour shown towards a single parent mother - his customer. Stefans online profile claims of being the Best Building Company around are nothing but farsical and his 5* customer ratings are all bogus to draw in customers. Is his abhorrent and disgusting behaviour towards his customers represent hallmarks of the best building company around? Everyone can answer that for themselves. You are being warned to avoid this contractor, he cannot be trusted, all his wonderfully online write ups and his claims of being the best builder around are just a front. AVIOD SIMVIK LTD

"NO INSULATION IN THE NEW BUILT CAVITIES" For 2 years now we have been rectifying an endless list of defective works left behind on a project that Stefan Vasile had abandoned after taking all of our money, went into hiding subsequently claiming he was owed further sums of money and then telling us to go and do what you like. We have since learnt that he has been doing this to customers on a regular basis for a number of years. We have also learnt that a number of customers posting negative reviews have had their properties damaged. Prospective new customers will not get to find all of this out as reviews with such details are swiftly requested by Stefan to be taken down. We cannot see an end to the poor quality of works that Stefan and his team had done. New defects are emerging all of the time; upon removing the back plate of an electric socket we found cavity of a newly built wall empty. What can be said about a builder who breaches Building Regulations by taking short cuts. Peter B

AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR- SIMVIK LTD

Stefan Vasile Completed a large extension for me nearly two years ago. The majority of his work was substandard. I had no choice but to manage his team myself as he rarely attended the site and he had all my money so couldn't end our contract. We've already had him pay for the roof to be redone, he paid half as he disagreed there was anything wrong with the work. We are currently taking legal action as there is no spreader plate under a steel beam and the joist under a bath are incorrect and need reinforcing. Most of his reviews are bogus and I would certainly avoid this contractor. In the beginning he is a friendly man, once started he'll perform poorly and slowly. When challenged on his errors he was verbally aggressive. I was constantly managing his aggressive behaviour once being pulled up on his mistakes. Major mistakes like using a 15cm wide joist in a roof instead or a 25cm joist. His errors are only just beginning to show. We are taking legal action. Alex James

WORST EVER BUILDER WITH THIEVING STAFF

Worst builder ever. Can't trust a word he says. Uses cheap materials and pockets the money himself as if he got you the good stuff. Never sticks to timings and is very rude when coming to the final stages of the job. Would warn everyone to stay away. It's not worth the hassle using him. Quality of the work is terrible. I had other builders check the work and couldn't believe the poor quality of the finish. One of his thieving workers stole my phone and took it to Romania as well, which I later found out!! Never again with Stefan and his cowboy team at simvik! He did not complete my extension and abondoned the job at about 85% of the way requiring me to find someone else. Terrible builders!!
