We have built a reputation of excellence based on recommendations and referrals from local physiotherapists and many happy customers. Growth and demand for classes has increased organically and there is now a small team of qualified teachers who have a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience to share with you.
We specialise in introducing complete beginners to a gentle and inclusive exercise programme. You will be amazed how quickly you improve and progress, building skills, flexibility and strength.

Amazing Class
Oh Wow! What an amazing class Charlotte's 6.15 Gentle Yoga was on Wednesday 19 June. That was absolutely perfect for me. Perfect stretching, guided breathing, strong exercises and total guided relaxation with incense and essential oils heart

Highly recommend this class
I am now on second course of Barre Pilates with Adriana on a Tuesday night! Its brilliant, great class that is fun and challenging. Would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to work on their core. Thanks Adriana! looking forward to next week already
So enthusiastic about teaching
I have enjoyed Pauline's yoga classes for almost 2 years now and she is a great instructor. She is always so enthusiastic about teaching and gently encourages us to stretch ourselves (literally and figuratively!).
Pauline's daughter Charlotte is teaching this next term and after only 1 class I am really impressed. I am already looking forward to my next class.
