Unprofessional

Unprofessional. Paid a deposit to have a tattoo done as soon as lockdown was over. The only appointment was over a month away in May. The chap who called was blunt and unhelpful. No questions were asked about what I wanted done, any artwork or an offer of a consultation prior to having a permanent marks made on my body. Post the call, I thought about the experience I had just had and then after thinking about this for several weeks decided InkBox was not a company I wished to work with. Politely asked for a refund and it was refused. Now out of pocket for a pitiful experience. Sadly cannot recommend InkBox to anyone.
