About Namaste Hatha Yoga

Namaste Hatha Yoga is based in the city of Salisbury, Wiltshire. I provide Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flows, Power Yoga Classes and Meditation. My classes are suitable for all abilities and can be tailored to your individual requirements.
I provide group classes, one to one private yoga tuition and corporate yoga classes.

I offer private yoga classes for clients that don't want to or don't have the time to attend my normal classes.
Having private tuition gives you the opportunity to focus on your own individual practice.
The class will be especially tailored to your own level of fitness and ability and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day.

At the moment, owing to social distancing regulations, all classes are undertaken via Zoom, please visit our website for more information on private tuition or contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yoga is a great way to calm and relax the body and relieve stress. It is also an excellent way to have a staff team building day!
