Home Care

SureCare Central Cheshire provides flexible and tailored home care to complement the care already provided by family members or to replace care when family can no longer help.

Our domiciliary care provides personal support, companionship, live-in care, respite and holiday care, help around the home; laundry, shopping, housekeeping, running errands all enabling people of all ages, particularly older people to live independently within their own homes. We also help people to remain a part of their local community and participate in local hobbies and activities.

We invest in our team of care workers, training them to the highest standards to ensure they provide only the highest levels of care. We look after our care workers so that they look after you.

Live-in Care Services

Sometimes people need more than visiting care throughout the day. Our live-in care means that a carer lives in your home to provide round-the-clock care and reassurance. This is an affordable alternative to going into a care home.

Live-in care enables you to remain at home with our own set routines, getting up and going to bed when you are ready, eating at times that suit you with company to make eating the social event it should be.

Respite and Holiday Care

Sometimes, those caring for others need a break, this may be to have a holiday, visit family or simply to recharge batteries. SureCare can provide short term care from as little as a week.
Those needing care can meet the carers in advance to build a relationship, giving you peace of mind that your loved ones will be safe at home with a friendly face visiting them.

Night Care

Our night service can assist people who may be worried about living alone or who sleep easier with someone there, require medication or care in the night, are at risk of falls or leaving the house on their own in the night.

Night care can be a sleeping night where a carer sleeps in your home to provide reassurance or a waking night where a carer stays awake at night to provide full care and support.

Complex Care

Complex Care from SureCare Central Cheshire is available for those who require additional assistance whilst living at home. Our aim is to deliver long-term, continuing care to people with chronic healthcare issues, like neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, learning difficulties and more.

Dementia Care

At SureCare Central Cheshire, we’re committed to improving the quality of life for those living with dementia & Alzheimer’s disease. We provide a person-centred Dementia Care service to help make your loved one’s daily life easier and to assure you that they are safe, well cared for and at the heart of everything we do.
