BEWARE!

"Martin came out to quote us for a garage base 35'x25', a drive from the garage up to the house and then the bottom 2 courses of bricks removing all around the house and replacing with engineering bricks with a new damp course. He was very proffesional and quoted us £17000 for all the work which we agreed to, he came out and did the base (we paid him £8200 cash) then was given a date to do the drive and the rest of the work when the garage had been erected, at this point he tried to get us to pay for ALL the works up front which we rufused, and then he never turned up nor answered numerous texts or phone calls! The way he left our garden was an absolute disgrace and now we are having to find another builder to complete the work!"
