Having worked in a gym for two years and having many regular PT clients I wanted to be able to provide my clients with more - not just fitness, but also mindset and nutrition so in January 2020 I started Become Fit For Life. I can give 1-2-1 hour long PT sessions or you can sign up with me for my Three Month 1-2-1 programme "The Feel Good Thing". Sessions will be via Zoom or other preferred video conferencing app whilst we are in lockdown/social distancing.
